this is roughly what the groups have to present and the group leaders, please do a proposal on what you're going to do on IU day. btw, IU day is on the 15th April.
PowerPoint PresentationThe presentation have to be about 3 minutes long, digital presentation to be projected and played on the laptop and on the screen during judges' visit. The presentation should be set up to run in a continuous loop throughout the exhibition period. The content of your presentation is to include relevant information on your country and their sport, in the spirit of the AYG 2009. Avoid any programmed music or sound effects as they are an added distraction. but a soft traditional Indonesian music whatsoever can be played but turn it off when you are presenting to the judges. Host should speak casually and not be reading off the screen. They should face the guests and present information confidently, and be prepared for any Q&A. GamesThe game should be traditional or representative of Indonesia. All visitors will be given a chance to play or attempt the game. There should be about 3-4 people at this corner to explain the rules of the game and to help in facilitating it. As the classroom is small, classes are to remember to scale down their sport appropriately. Each round of game should not last for more than 3 minutes per round.Class decorationThis group will have to decorate the class with relevance to Indonesia. You will have to do the country's flag. Also, you will be working with the exhibit group to do the souvenirs(>30). Please remember to reserve at least 3 for the judges.ExhibitYour exhibit should contain relevant displays, pictures, and information on Indonesia and its culture(s). Eg. You will be working with the class deco group to do the souvenirs(>30). Please remember to reserve at least 3 for the judges.Cultural food that you want to include must be purchased from licensed vendors, and not made by yourselves.AmbassadorThe ambassador should wear Indonesia's unique costume which maybe rented, but better still, made from recycled materials.(Well made costume using recycled materials will be awarded bonus points because of the greater effort taken.) Judging criteriarelevance to AYG theme, effort/teamwork as hosts, aesthetic value & creativity of displays, reflections on development of Global Perspective & IU(?), bonus points. Bonus points(5m each) includes effort in using recycled materials for costume and meeting deadlines.
